Nutrional and Herbal/Supplement Initial Consultation and Review
Description
This appointment will be the first of two required. This first appointment is a comprehensive look at what diet and supplements/herbs you are already taking, including muscle testing (so you must bring all items with you to the appointment). A regular 30 minute follow-up appointment to review any changes, additions, etc will need to be made at a determined time after the first one. Nutritional changes and Supplements/herbs may be suggested to order but at no time is there any obligation to do so. The cost of this appointment includes research time outside of the appointment. **If appointment is canceled within 24 hours of scheduled time, Prepayment will be refunded with a 5% surcharge for fees incurred from the processing company. If you chose to be refunded with a CREDIT for a future appointment, there will be no surcharge. If it is less than 24 hours there is no refund of payment UNLESS due to illness.**
