New Patient SPECIFIC Initial Consultation and Treatment
Description
This is the choice for NEW patients for your initial visit and treatment if you have ONE chief complaint, such as ONE area of pain (i.e.. knee, neck, back, shoulder), headaches, digestion issue, stress, insomnia, allergies, TMJ, etc. This appointment includes all extra modalities (cupping, laser, healing touch, e-stim), per practitioners discretion. This appointment will last between 50-60 mins and includes the intake and treatment. **If appointment is canceled within 24 hours of scheduled time, prepayment will be refunded with a 5% surcharge for fees incurred from the processing company. If you chose to be refunded with a CREDIT for a future appointment, there will be no surcharge. If it is less than 24 hours there is NO refund of payment UNLESS due to illness.** Cancellation with less than 24 hours notice will incur a charge of the price of the appointment.
