If you booked an appointment online and DID NOT receive a confirmation or your intake form (for first time patients) immediately - YOU DO NOT HAVE AN APPOINTMENT. Please either retry to book online or contact us so that I can help you get booked asap. If appointment is canceled within 24 hours of scheduled time, prepayment will be refunded with a 5% surcharge for fees incurred from the processing company. If you chose to be refunded with a CREDIT for a future appointment, there will be no surcharge. Cancellation with less than 24 hours notice will incur a charge of the price of the appointment. There is a charge equal to your appointment cost for cancellations made within 24 hours. If you are sick or there is an emergency - there will be no charge. Your therapist's time is valuable. Please respect her time as you would your own.
